We are currently looking for HR Generalist

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible in sourcing applicants using various media platforms, identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Screens candidates for the job posts.
  • Ensures proper and timely administration of Company Benefits such as SSS, PHIC, Pag-IBIG and, or HMO.
  • Assist in the administration of timekeeping and payroll administration.
  • Responsible for processing and ensuring compliance to statutory government requirements and benefits.
  • Maintains the employee database, personnel files, and prepare various reports.
  • Facilitates New Hire Orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.


JOB SPECIFICATION

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. However, undergraduate with significant Recruitment & HR experiences may be considered.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

TYPE OF SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTE

  • Must possess excellent command of English both in oral and written form.
  • Must be proficient in using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Must be work from home ready and work on site ready, whenever needed.
  • Preferably with Recruitment – HR experiences from BPO/Call Center Company set up.
  • Willing to start asap.
